R&D qualifying costs will be assessed in line with the information provided by the Company. In authorising a Report for submission to HMRC, the Company is confirming that the costs so quantified are an accurate reflection of the qualifying R&D activities undertaken by the Company in the relevant Periods. The Company is also confirming that its competent professionals have determined the eligible R&D activities are based on their understanding of the BEIS Guidelines along with guidance from Grant Thornton UK LLP.
